LONG-TERM WARRANTY PROGRAM

Chu Du Design and Construction Joint Stock Company is committed to providing long-term warranty service for all construction projects. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

 

Warranty policy:

Structural Warranty

We commit to a structural warranty of up to 5 years, ensuring that all factors related to the durability and stability of the project will be maintained and thoroughly inspected. This includes all issues related to the foundation, walls, ceilings and other structural elements of the building.

Waterproof Warranty

Waterproofing is an important factor to ensure the longevity of the project, especially in harsh weather conditions. Our company offers a 3-year waterproofing warranty, committing that areas susceptible to seepage such as roofs, exterior walls, and wet areas will always be best protected.

Complete Warranty

Finishing is the decisive factor in the aesthetics and functionality of the project. We provide a 1-year completion warranty, ensuring that finishing items such as painting, tiling, electrical and water systems, and interior details always meet high quality standards. We will handle any finishing problems quickly and effectively.

Materials Warranty

In addition, the warranty period for materials such as light bulbs, toilets, pumps, etc., the manufacturer has a separate warranty for each type of equipment. If there is damage due to the manufacturer, we will contact the equipment supply company to directly fix and warranty according to the warranty policy of each manufacturer.

 

Accompanying Customers

Customers will retain 5% of the contract value when signing a contract with Chu Du Construction within 12 months from the date of handover of the project. At the end of the 12 month period, customers will pay the warranty amount to us.

During the warranty period, if the townhouse, office, villa, warehouse, or factory project completed by Chu Du Construction has peeling phenomenon, etc. Please pick up the phone and call us, we will be there and handle the error.

During the warranty process for technical errors that are caused by our design or construction, we will be fully responsible for the warranty costs of the damaged items.

At the end of the warranty period, we will send you a notice and carry out liquidation procedures to terminate the contract and pay 5% of the warranty fee.
