When you choose CCOIN as your construction contractor, we will provide a complimentary design and construction permit package.
- Structural components: 5-year warranty
- Waterproofing and leakage: 3-year warranty
- Finishing works: 1-year warranty
In addition, materials such as light bulbs, air conditioners, water pumps, etc., are covered by manufacturer-specific warranty policies of up to 12 years. If a defect is found due to manufacturing issues, we will coordinate with the supplier to inspect and repair the product according to the warranty terms of each brand.
Customers will retain 5% of the contract value upon signing with Chu Du Construction. This amount will be held for a period of 12 months from the date of project handover. After the 12-month period, the retained warranty amount will be settled and paid to us.
Chu Du Construction ensures that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties, except for our direct partners who provide products and services related to your project.

Mr. Đỗ Trọng Chu – General Director of Chu Du Design & Construction Joint Stock Company – is an engineer who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
He has gained valuable experience over the years working in the construction industry. With passion and creativity, at the age of 25, he made the bold decision to establish Chu Du Construction.
He is known not only for his professionalism but also as a visionary entrepreneur who constantly seeks new opportunities and challenges. Mr. Đỗ Trọng Chu is currently a Member of the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation in Thuận An City and a Member of the Executive Committee of the Bình Dương Young Entrepreneurs Association.
